BALANCE = split 50/50 between 'waiver' and 'deferral' to be amortised over the remaining term of your lease or 24 months, whichever is greater. No interest or penalty can be applied to outstanding amounts.
OUTGOINGS = Any relief received by landlord needs flow down to the tenant. Balance of outgoings to be dealt with via negotiation. I'm suggesting that a portion will need to go into the deferral account. I also suggest that this remains commensurate with rent. Good luck.
Please set your agreements in stone as of May 1st, not to be reviewed until JobKeepers ends. Monthly reviews, will disincentive tenants to create business turnover, particularly heading into Winter. Do the 'profitability' math.
